It's a Cagiva Mito SP-525... 125cc two-stroke that develops 37 HP!

It's made for the sports production 125 class in Europe, and I guarantee you it would be a *BLAST* to ride!

Too bad we don't have classes like that in the USA. Maybe if we did we would have more Americans in GP road racing... :(

Cheers!

Very nice Dallara...really....but after riding my RR I think riding a little 125 two stroke with a power band so short you don't dare let the revs drop bellow 8,000rpm...
it would be hard to get used to....

But if you keep the thing singing...and don't mind the lack of grunt...it would be fun...for a hobbit size person...some times I wish I was a little short arse... :D

At 6'3" 205, I don't think I could make that thing get out of it's own (or my) way. Once upon a time, I rode TD-250s around the old Texas World Speedway, but if it doesn't sit tall or have 50+ HP, I'm not going anywhere fast.
The problem with the gene pool is that there is no lifeguard.

Tiddlers...

Points well taken, DJ, but...

Tiddler road racers teach you things you simply cannot learn anywhere else, believe me.

They simply force you to learn good cornering habits and how to maintain apex speed, and hence more exit speed. You would be surprised just how much fun they are, no matter what your size or what size powerplants you are used to.

Of course, that just my two lire... YMMV.

Cheers!

Don't forget guys, the fastest cornering GP bikes of all are the 125's, speed trap figures regularly have the tiddlers faster than the big 'uns  Furthermore they do this on skinny little tyres. Tell me again how wide you need your tyres to be

'bout this wide........
cornering speed is where it's at, whether you're sideways or not.
