My dealer pulled a swifty-shifty...

I was in at my local dealer today and they had this nice new all black K1200R.
Nearby was an all silver one...
....they swaped some bits..
....the all black looked great.
Also they have done some nice black belly pans....I took some pics of all three..I'll download them soon.

Black or metallic graphite? I'm toying with the idea of painting mine. Still not sure if I should do the scuba mask...

I'm interested in the belly pans. I just installed mine from boxer-design yesterday. Looks great!

cool, i would've swapped the air snorkel as well. i want to see ALL black.

Ordered the Dark Metallic Graphite tank parts from Chicago and expecting to unveil my personal Christmas present about then.
Replacing the Yellow tank, removed the ugly front monstrosities from the fork and self-painted the rear panels.
I'll do pics when the changes are complete.

m8 would love to see those pics you mentioned.can you repost them at all. all so would be interested in you opinion of the k1200r. do you know what the serviceing schedual is like in aus and how does the cost of servicing BMW compare with the Jap bikes.

Here ya go...I love the new K1200R and would buy one tomorrow if I could afford it.
I'm not sure about the servicing and costs..I'll find out...ok.
