Any experience with Motow or Motow Plus?

My Roadster's warranty is almost up, and with it, my membership in the Cross Country Motor Club, BMW's roadside assistance plan. Unless I renew, of course. Before I do, do any of ye fine ladies or germs have any experience with Motow or Motow Plus? If so, I'd be all ears. Being a 12-year veteran of the AMA I'm almost ashamed to admit that I've never taken them up on their special deals for Motow, but perhaps the time has come. So lay it on me, and thanks in advance.
