I dropped my friggin' keys down a sewer drain last week...and the kicker is that my new Pacifica has a key that costs $75 from the dealer!!!! It has the transponder within it, as well as the controls for the doors/tailgate/alarm.
Can anybody get me one of these badboys cheaper????
Thanks!

Scott san, wakuri desu!
That sucks big time. On he bright side, those Pacificas are really cool cars. Do you have the big power engine?
My MT-01 came with three keys. Two identical black keys and one red one. I was told that I have to store the red one away from the others so the signals don't interfere with each other. I'm sure that is a little conservative, but I took their advice.
The black keys are normal transponder keys, but the red one is kind of a master. It will start the bike and reset the circuit in the bikes computer, but I am never to use the red key for actual riding. I'm not sure how much they cost, but I'll take your misfortune as a lesson if you don't mind.
Once you get the replacement, tasukete kudasai.

Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
