BMW R1200R R1150R/T F800 K1200R R1100R/T R1250R RnineT Message Board

Hi, I live in Norway and just sold my harley and got suggestion to buy 2004 bmw r1150r. Got the pictures of the bike and one picture gives me worries. There are 3 hoses hanging out by the swingarm. I asked the seller what is this and he said it was always there and have no effect on motorbike. My questions does anybody knows what is the purpose of these hoses ? Just checked my bike. I have 4 hoses dangling. They are clipped together in pairs. They dangle inboard of the rear brake pivot and are not so noticeable as yours.
