Am I the first? I was at the dealer for a replacement on that wildly optimistic fuel strip and a leaking rear end seal when the fange reinforcements arrived. That was all I needed so they slapped it on. They said if a fuel pump is needed...they will order it when the bike is in the shop, one at a time. That will put you out of action until the pump arrives.

Mine is done as well but bike is still at dealer as I developed an oil leak between the left cylinder and engine casing which is being fixed as we speak.

Hopefully back on the road soon.

Cracks in the flange or actual leaking fuel....if these do not present, reinforcement installed.

I don't think so. The paperwork I got showed 2005-2011 R models, not including 2012. For the K model they list 2005-2012.
