Off-road ESA

What setting is it best to put the ESA when riding off road. Have been using the sport mode. But wondering if that's the right setting to use.
Actually dependent upon just exactly how ROUGH the road is and how fast you wish to travel!
If it is just a regular packed dirt fire type road, try it on a regular solo setting first.
