Extended warranty

Just a heads up on non BMW extended warranty. I recently had a reasonable quote from UK based Warranty Direct who I have used for my car and found to be a good no nonsense firm to deal with. However on reading policy and checking directly I found that the ECU is not covered - probably the one component I really worry about!
