Ignition plate/Hall sensor plate connector

Hi,
Does anyone know when the 6 pin connector plug from the Hall Sensor/Ignition plate changed from a flat 6 pin plug to an oblong plug with 2 rows of 3 pins?
I am going to make up a spare plate having aquired 2 sensors but need to know what old plate to get to refurbish without taking my tank off!
