The same place has it in 3 different auctions - 3 different sizes. For a shield that was just introduced about 5 weeks ago this seems awfully odd.. (unless it's CB's way of selling below retail and trying not to piss off the people who paid retail..)

Looking on their website - I see Joes now offering several shorter shield options.. 19" might work just fine for me. I think the one I have is the 23" (would have to measure it.) My slightly taller friend seems to like it fine. Link to CB: http://www.ceebaileys.com/bmw/1200r07ws.html

Also interesting.. on their website they're listing these as the 3rd generation screens. Looks like what I have (the new one) - so what were the 2nd generation like?

i thought the same thing; i actually just ordered a light grey 22" from the same seller. i was told it was a 3rd gen, but the cb website doesn't show a 22" size so we'll see. i like the 24" 2nd gen that i have currently, but it's just a little too tall so hopefully 22" will be just right (2nd or 3rd gen). if i could figure out how to post a pic i'd show you what the 2nd gen looks like!

"Actual color and product may vary." Does that mean they don't have to send the one in the picture? I'm wary...

my guess is they just took the generic pics from cb website; i'll update you once i receive the "3rd gen" 22" i just ordered from that seller.

side note: i actually ordered my 24" 2nd gen from the same seller last week (again, it's just a little too tall) and it came just as described with cb insignia in like new condition; mounted to the bike perfectly. i asked what generation it was before i ordered and they told me it was 2nd gen and it was.. felt confident ordering another one from them.

That is CB. I have purchased a screen from them on eBay before, it was identified as blemished but I could not tell.
