That's a nice looking fairing. Based on my experience with the Scout, you'd have to craft a bracket to move the headlight forward and up a little. Not complicated...I made one with a jigsaw and drill. But tricky to get in the right position. I made four pairs of them before I got the setting right...and need to make one more now that I've made a few tweaks over the last 500 miles.
Also...an unfinished part can be expensive to prep and paint. I shopped around a bit and the best I found was $300 to have my Scout painted to a quality level that matches the tank.
