A Winter Ride on the Roadster

Howdy fella's, I thought I'd share my ongoing story over here since I'm currently in Mexico on a two up camping adventure in Mexico on the trusty R1200R.
As always the R is performing wonderfully, even taking us over hundreds of miles on dirt on the actual Baja 1000 course with no issues.

Hay Finn, sounds pretty adventurous, and it is, to those who can't drop evrything and just go.
I'm 50 and been there done that.
I'm guessing by one of your photo's that you are somewhere between 35 to 40?
Anyway I hope you have a fall back sceam! meaning that you wont end up pushing one of those supermarket trolleys around in later life because of some foolish mistakes.
By all means have great fun but please remember to save for that rainy day.
I have seen the pic's of you laying the R12R over in the corner and have to say absolutely fantastic.
I admire such a rider.

Hey Joe:

Next time you scoot through south Louisiana and blow up something, give a call. We can rescue you easily and have a great BMW shop in Baton Rouge. Besides, on a cold day I generally have some great gumbo in the house, and occasionally I get energetic and bake fresh bread !

Q: LostRider that you are, do you pack a durable laptop to upload your photos and maintain your website? Or do you squeeze it all through an iphone when you get a hotspot?
