Clutch & Spline Shaft

I talked to Oleg at ClutchNet Manufacturing USA. http://www.clutchnet.com/home.php

I sent him a few pictures of the RB Racing sprung clutch, and his reply was, "Those are pictures of my clutches. We make those." (Looks like RB never did make clutches.)

Oleg has been designing and making clutches since the 1960s and has made countless clutches for on and off road. He couldn't give me an exact quote until he took some measurements of the clutch and assembly.... but he did mention a ballpark price of about 200 bucks for a sprung clutch with kevlar or cera-metallic. (We shall see)

If anyone has an old clutch, plate and assembly sitting around and would consider loaning it out for about 2 weeks, please PM me or email [email protected]. It will be sent to Oleg for measuring and sent back to the owner at my expense. Thanks a million if you can help

He also makes spline shafts...hahaha. I'll talk to him about spline shafts next week.

FYI - Oleg seemed highly motivated to produce aftermarket parts for BMW motorcycles.

I'll keep ya all posted

I've got a relined disc I just took back out after it proved to not work very well. Reportedly the material was some kind of kevlar blend but still was grabby.

I've still got it.

I measured the new oem disc when I put it in but can't remember for
sure what the thickness was. I think it was 9 mm ?

The hub & everything is still in great shape so he could get good
measurements from that.

Where should I send it? He could keep it if it would help. I don't have
any of the other clutch parts.
