Has anyone swapped the hand levers?

Remove the M5x30 head screw, the sleeve and the stop nut, take out the old lever, put in the new lever and reassemble to torque spec. Is the job that simple?

Yep, that simple. While I appreciate Blues viewpoint, I think he is obsessing a little. I put Pazzo levers on mine in the spring and reused the nuts with no problem. Blue is correct they "should" be replaced, but I have reused the same type of fasteners many times with no ill result. Having said that, I'll only reuse them a couple of times because you can actually feel them loosen upon tightening after a couple of retorques. None. It's what I'd do. The blue medium strength should work just fine.websterize wrote:What harm, if any, is there to applying Loctite to the screw threads before reusing the nylon nuts? Is Loctite corrosive?
