Moving on, but not away from BMW

Post by Byrdguy »

Bought a new (08) 1200GS and will take delivery next weekend. Time to put the great and trusty Beakster up for sale. Hopefully I'm not making a mistake as the 1150R has been (and is) one great bike. It'll be in the for sale section as soon as I can get it spit polished enough for pics. This is a great forum with good folks and a ton of great info and I'll check in from time to time. I'll report back after I get some time on the GS.

The old girl might be gone but not forgotten....at least that's the way I feel about mine. Congrats on your new purchase and keep us informed.
