Alternatives to motolight

I would like to add a set of aux lights to my R1200R. This would be mostly for other people to see me better as opposed to additional lights for night riding. I'm thinking motolight but would like to avoid the caliper mounts, if possible. Anyone has tried something else that has worked well. I don't have an engine guard (I have the cylinder coverss instead). Thus, that is not an option. Is there a set of PIAA with a bar that may work. Any feedback will be appreciated.

Thanks

I don't know about fitments for the R12R specifically, but I went through this same decision for the GS. There's just not anything out there that I could find. I like the caliper mounts; more secure than the strap mounts, and won't mar your fork legs. Also, the MotoLight system is just too good: Waterproof switch, polarity proof connectors, silicone insulated wiring, labelled wires, relay included. So easy a cave... Well, you get the idea. I just decided to bite the bullet. I was able to catch a returned set, or factory blemished set, and saved some $. Give them a call.
