UK, Australia, US, EU and Japan Bikes

Folks,
Besides riding the bike on the wrong side of the road and VIN# (last seven digits) designated as bike for Japanese market. What are the differences on R1150R that made for these countries?
Can someone clarify me on this?

Gaijin, I am in Oz and my handlebars are on the otherside, no just foolin' but, I know down here we don't have that black cannister located under the rear, right hand side of the bike that they have in the US. I think it is a bit of emissions gear? It is not required on our bikes downunder.

We also don't have the reflectors on the side of the front forks.

Most of the visual and environmental items have been mentioned.
One difference would be in the jumper relay used to select the right fuel map on the ECU. That I know off, there are yellow, dark brown, brown, pink or purple (my mind is slipping) and of course none.
The other would be on the short (higher numerical ratio) or long (lower numerical ratio) six gear.

My concern issue was buying replacement parts to fit the bike if I ever needed. There are lot of things that I need to know about this bike. I just cannot assume that Japanese model would be the same as US model. If you have anything that you can think of, just put on the board.

The headlight lens should be different for riding on the other/wrong side of the road.

Dunno about the "R", but on the Rockster (and GS) - the reflector inside the dipped beam unit can be rotated for each side or the road. (it's in the handbook iirc).

Parts, No problem = Mondai nai my Japanese spelling is probably off..........
