I picked up the new bike on Wed. It is even nicer than I remember from the demo ride last Summer. Only problem now is the weather here seems to be not cooperating with me right now, all I can do is hover over it in the shed and hope for a break.

Better to have and to hover than to wait for and lust. You are now a member of the "Haves" who are sitting waaaay prettier than the "Have Nots". While you’re waiting add a Centech Fuse box or read some of Deilenberger's excellent articles.

Hi Paul,
Congratulations. You now own one of the finest products BMW has ever produced. I'm consistently impressed by the R12R. Works so well for me. The weather will clear and the fun will begin!

Way to go Paul. You are lucky to live near some of the greatest riding in the country! Take that baby up to the BRP this spring and enter the "zone" for a few hours. Great therapy! Good Luck, Hank.

Ahhh...
Thanks. I did speak to Vince Winkle on Friday - for the BMW-MOA members - there will be a series of articles starting in April on Farkelizing the R1200R. So far there are three submitted, scheduled for April, May and June.
Guess I gotta start on another installment - I didn't cover the hugger, the centech, or the FendaExtenda I put on today

This is the BMW "Patience Test"
Of Course, you could come South and play
