That is really scary... 5 out of the 9 Jiffy Lubes investigated charged for work they didn't do...

I don't care for them since they seem to always find reason to come out and pressure you into buying more service. All I want is an oil change. I know the condition of the rest of my....fluids.

Do not go to those chain automotive services, period.
My mechanic tells me of finding cars that the bleed nipples on brake calipers have gotten the grease gun treatment.
I just plan on spending 50 bucks, more occasionally, and having somebody put the car on a lift, and knowing what they are looking at during my oil changes.
