Great video--I drank a Bell's Stout while watching!
I love the efficiency use of gravity. I also thought it was interesting how they let it pool in the open before going through the heat exchanger. You'd think the wert would be open to vulnerable at this stage--I guess it was still hot enough to avoid contamination.
