Request for Info on R1150RT-P bikes

I have a friend who just bought a R1150RT-P used police bike.
He is looking for technical info, wiring diagrams, web-sites etc. for the RT-P.
He is calling Gina's BMW in Iowa City in hopes of getting -P service manual but does anyone here have any other suggestions?
