r1150r 2002 no start

hello there!

this is my first post here, i am rather stuck and need your guys help!

r1150r 2002

issue: no start

current state: has spark and injectors are spraying

i installed a hall sensor of an r1150rt as well as transmission and a new fuel pump.
adjusted valves to spec
new charged battery
clean air filter

tried static timing procedure but timing seems off, fuel pump primes nowhere near the OT mark on the flywheel (no matter how i turn the hall sensor)

currently waiting for an obd2 unit to scan for fault codes ( not sure if that will lead anywhere )

so my question, why is this bike not starting? what am i missing?

up next: i am going to swap the starter and double check ground connection of battery to frame...

Couple quick thoughts come to mind.....I know these are simple but it's often the simple stuff that eludes me.

1. Bike on centerstand, sidestand up? The sidestand kill switch comes to mind.
2. Both throttle cables properly seated in TB's?

yes sidestand up and bike on center stand, both TBs seated.

the weird thing to me is that it is geting spark and fuel spray but doesnt fire up!

What exactly happens when the starter is pressed?

Yes what happens when you press the start button. One thing comes to mind is the handlebar kill switch..is it in the run opposition?

Fuel pump will cycle and build pressure to about 50 psi and shut off anytime you turn the key.
