rotating handlebars?

i recently acquired an 04 r1150r. i found that the handlebars were rotated too far down for my liking, so i rotated them up. this brought the grips up higher and in a more comfortable position. however, the problem i now have is that the brake and clutch levers are pointing downward too much.
is there an easy way of rotating the levers up an inch or so?

If I recall correctly, the adjustment screw is under front plate and shown as screw Number 7 in the attached images.

I also rotated mine forward..and this points my levers down more..and I much prefer it that way..
It means that you don't have to lift you finger up and over to get on the levers...and if you ever ride standing it's much..much better.
You should try and get used to it...IMO
