I probably wouldn't wait. The new engine, while it sounds sexy "OHC".. will require a shim kit to do the valve adjustments. So far in my garage I have two BMW shim kits (one for K bikes, one for M-car-engines) - which cost about $400/each. The new engine only offers 1 additional HP over the more then adequate 110 the current bike has. Until they start using the new head design to full advantage, many people would prefer the simpler DIY service available with the current (and well proven) engine.
