I still reckon that 'domestic' US vehicles are very much more accurate that the rest - based on my experience. I have owned loads of European cars in Europe and they all seem to be off by about +10%, the vehicles I have owned and used here in the US however seem to be pretty much on the ball.

My experience has been between 5% and 7%. Seems that the Speedo to GPS was closer above 90 km/h
