Update:

I dropped my bike off Wednesday with leaking rear seal. Picked it up yesterday. I now have new seals and two years of additional warranty on the seals.

Bike had 22,000 miles. Sevice manager says that it was "just a nomal thing to happen after 20,000 miles."
