Until now i took the decision and i ordered a used R1150r from Germany. The bike will arrive in Athens about 25 of January, so i think that until the end of january, the all project will complete.
I can feel the disapoitment which feel a street driver when he convert his street bike and install on-of wheels
In my case i am doing the opposite

.
I decide to keep the shocks from GS(WP SHOCKS) just because our roads(with exception the national road )are full of bumps so the two cm of bigger stroke is somethink usefull....
In the past i used to make modifications only for power performance but finally i think that a modification is good when cover your driving needs
How ever here i have two of my photos soon i will have a news....

Hello Andreas,
I hoped to see the pictures of your converted bike.
But... It looks like I need to login at the forum
Maybe you can upload them to a site where everyone can see them such as imageshack.

Bike looks great! Is that a full Leo Vince exhaust?
You have good track technique. What does the front end feel like when you touch valve covers to track surface? Do you feel under steer? I have only ridden sportsbikes at trackdays, not the boxer, so no motor grinding in turns.

that's laser full exhaust hot cam
you have to be cur full do not touch the valve aggressive to the track surface otherwise can the rear wheel losing the grip
The funny in the all story was that my sun 6 years old he sow a photo which i have knee Down with a Honda cbr 600 cc , and he told me at the morning before the track day
Be cur full father to not crash because of the motor, unbelievable
How eve this happen if you want to happen and only with tire 190/55/17 at the moment when the grip of the tire is on limit the plastic protection of the valves cover touch down.(I have to change the plastic cover)
So I chance my Technic and i put my knee a few centimeters out from the valve cover , so i use the knee as feeling and i know how much lean angle i have
Every body was scare(because of the noice of plastic cover) they afraid that i will crash my bike and some super sport they didn't believe what they see this day ...
The most important is that you have ONE bike for every day use and for track day and by my opinion thats better because your brain lern one bike in all situations....
Now considerate that i drive every month about 1800 miles.....
