I read an article yesterday that athletic people are recommended to use mouth guards for safety. Now, may I raise my question if mouth guards are needed while playing football? Thank you for your response.

Dogs & Cats. Georgia 21 Auburn 7 - at end of 1st Qtr, but here come the Tigers.
After watching Cam Newton throw a cheap-a$$ right cross (not a stiff-arm) at a Georgia defender, I wouldn't mind seeing Auburn fall.

Go Joe! Penn St 14 Ohio St 3
Joe Paterno gets his 1st and 2nd EVER touchdown passes completed in Columbus. QB is doing great.

But I really doubt the upsets will extend to this afternoon's Oregon - Cal Berkely game.

Cal is 4-0 at home. Cal has the Pac-10's top defense holding opponents to 34 total points this season. The Bears win at home by no fewer than 28 points. The Ducks last week against Washington failed to score in a quarter for the first time all season. The Bears are allowing a conference-low 177.7 passing yards per game and have recorded a conference-best 28 sacks.

Yeah - never mind the "upsets" post above... Ohio State woke up. Auburn/Georgia is still a game though.

Oops ! Whats that sputtering sound I heard ? Seemed to go on through the whole game this weekend. Couldn't have been Auburn, they won by more than two !
