I may like the fact that I can do wheelies better than actually doing them. I don't think I like the stress on the drive train. I like to watch other people do wheelies on their own bikes a lot. Maybe I would pay to go to wheelie school and learn how. When I get the front end up about a foot off of the ground it feels to my seat of the pants like I am ready to go all of the way over.
There is more to a hooligan bike than just doing wheelies. The short (ish) wheel base the quickness of response the very likeable up right riding position, the ability to school squidlings in the twisties. Great bike. One of these days I am going to get some better shocks (Ohlins or Wilbers or others) and crank it up another notch.
