Need info about speed bleeders.
I have a 2004 R1150R with ABS and I want to do my own maintenance. Its due for brake fluid change and speed bleeders look like a great way to simplify this task. What I see and read when I search for information is contradictory. Has anybody used them already with any success and would you recommend using them. Thanks in advance for any feedback!

when doing the wheel circuits, are you planning on using the home-made filler device? if so, than the speed bleeders won't really help. the servo motor will pump out all of the old fluid in a couple seconds, with one push. Real easy!
the control circuits on the other hand. i use the Mityvac (one man brake bleeder). it is far (less time consuming) easier to "pull" the fluid out from the bottom.

I was dreaming when I wrote this, forgive me if it goes astray...
