I saw this on the Rockster side. Pretty cool stuff. I think you are looking for a "belly pan"? Good luck!

Got mine from bmwsantacruz.com. You can download the Wunderlich catalog for the R1150R from their web site. It's on page 19 of the catalog - you can get either carbon or unpainted. They have to order it from Germany, so it takes a few weeks. I am very happy with the carbon version. It takes about 5 minutes to install. Comes with bolts that go right into existing holes under the engine.
