What is up with the board "net nanny" filter?

Just what the ---- is up with the ------- board "net nanny" filter?

It is ------- getting where you can't post ------- jack ---- without the ------- "net nanny" zapping just about every other ------- word! I don't know who the flaming ---------- was who wrote that piece of ----, but one thing's for ------- sure, it is one sensitive ------- -------!

I can understand it being so ------- strict in some sections of the ------- board, but why is it so ------- hair-trigger in the ------- "Off Topic" section and "Pat's Playhouse"?

Even George Patton thought cursing had its ------- place in the world, and sometimes there just aren't any other ------- words that will do.

I just don't ------- get it...
