There were three guys sitting on a steel beam up at the top of a building under construction. One was a (insert your favorite ethnic group here), another was a (insert another ethnic group here) and the last was a (insert a final ethnic group here). The lunch whistle goes off and they sit side-by-side opening their respective lunch boxes. The first one says, "Geez, if I have to eat another lunch of corned beef tomorrow, I'm going to throw myself off this building". The second says, "Me too. Man, if I have to eat another batch of burritos, I'll be jumping myself." The third chimes in, "Oh, I'm with you on that. Another baloney sandwich tomorrow and I'm checking out, permanently." They finish up their lunches and get back to work.
The next day, the whistle goes off for lunch and they sit on a beam and begin to open up their lunch boxes. The first looks in his lunch box and sees corned beef. Without a word, he stands up and jumps to his death. The second opens his lunch box, sees burritos, stands up and swan dives to the ground, killing himself. The third guy, opens his lunch box, sees that inevitable baloney sandwich, stands up, steps back far enough to gather some speed and cannon balls himself off the edge of the building and into oblivion.
Several days later, after the funerals, the wives were sitting together and talking things over. The first says, "If I'd only known how much he despised corned beef...I'd have given him chicken salad or something else." The second wive says, "Oh, me too. If I had known about the burritos, I'd have made tacos or quiche or something. He'd still be here with me." The third wife says nothing. Then other two give her a look. She shrugs and says, "He always made his own lunch."

Hey we let the Aggies have it all the time.At the expense of infuriating myTexas friends the third gentlemen could have been an Aggie
If I still lived in Chicago it might have been a gentleman of Polish extraction.
Could be a blond anywhere I guess...
