same here, 900 miles. they just piled up quick!

anyway, keep it under 4k until 600 mile service then let it rip. also stay away from long periods at the same speed(highways?)

also have fun!

Ah login failures, you have to love 'em.
160kph on the way home = on the way home from the showroom... :)

Those colors are hot!!! Minimum ferro parts. Scanning the international BMW pages, looks like only a few countries get this color.

in your face???? BWAHAHAAHAHAH BMW's green colour on the Rockster is about as in-your-face as a tickle with a wet feather!!

If it was BRIGHT RADIOACTIVE GREEN,. something like Kawasaki then it would "in-your-face". ;)

Hehe... don't forget that we're talking about the stodgy BMW circle. The Kawi green will make ol' Beemerphiles faint!

Sorry to burst the bubble, this silver color is the last series Rockster produced by BMW.
The curtain has ( unfortunately ) dropped for the Rockster in 2005, the orange and green bikes that are still waiting for new owners are all produced before 2005.
BMW Germany showed this colour scheme on theirs site from March this year.

I must say that the silver/black is the most appealing color for the Rockster.

If the Rockster HAD been in proper Kawasaki Green (or similar) - i'd have bought it and not even looked at the Tigerstripe. :D
