If this is the same fellow I'm thinking it is, he's at present rolling through the West on the way to Colorado on the way to Arkansas. The ADVrider group is having a rally next weekend in the hills there.

Yeah, he's been cajoling me to go down to it. Nice chap, I must add. I didn't want to butt into his business, but since I was aware of this, thought it polite to at least tell you why he hasn't answered.

Well, thanks anyhow. He lives close to Monterey and I thought he'd be a good source of information on hotels and stuff.
