Like a bunch of you I'm the happy recipient of the official BMW letter, dated August 30, 2005, regarding the potential failure of the ABS system under certain low voltage conditions.......ABS again.......and again.
In my case the real funny thing is that my bike doesn't have ABS.....isn't that some sheat......am I to assume that BMW doesn't have the foggiest idea of who owns what, I hope not.
BMW Motorrad, always good for a laugh.

I'm the BMW guy at a multiline BMW dealer. We just received a note from BMWNA about the mistaken mailings to non-ABS bike owners. It says the mailing list error is now fixed. They apologize to the dealers and ask the dealers to extend BMWNA's apology to the bike owners who received the to them meaningless letter. So please accept BMWNA's apology for the goofy mailing
