Each day, Mz Pam and I find it hard to belive our good fortune to live way off the beaten path out in the country far from any electric power lines and the maddening crowds.

If you keep taunting us you're going to find a whole flock of us on your front yard some morning...and that may give Mz. Pam quite a fright! You might pay for that mistake for years....

I definately think a 2006 trip your way is in order. I haven't seen my family over there for a while either. I will have to talk it over with BMWchef, BMWkidd and Beekstersocal to see if they are up for it. A nice little trip up through Payson, Heber and Overgarrd sounds great. Mabey even a side trip to the mountains in New Mexico.

Maybe we need to sneak up on him and hold a Bash at his house and ride the mountains he claims are around there in AZ! We would need to secretly warn Mz Pam so that she is not put out by it. But then a pie or two from her would not hurt!
Then where to stay? Camp on the front rock garden with all the critters Dean showed us before!
ON the other side - so glad Dean that you can enjoy your surroundings and rewards of your labor. There are so many miserable people around sitting whining about their selfish lot in life! Makes me happy when I vicariously share your pleasure.

Yes, belive it or not snow in Az. esp. since our casa is at 6,300 ft elevation. 40 acres just sold very near us for $35,000.00 but things are starting to go up rapidly. A place a little further out from us and not near as nice on 40 acres just sold for $179,000. BMWDave52 (Dave Waterman) saw the place when he was here last.
