fitting foam ear plugs

Can't remember where I saw this video ...may have been on this forum... I tried this technique and it works very well IMHO. Have used foam plugs from the first and was always disappointed. Saw this video, tried the technique, and wow... the result was significant and dramatic.
Hope I haven't stolen someone's thunder. Or maybe I'm the last to learn out how to use the things.

Noise is a problem for me and this really helped.

Wow...I was trying to jam one further into my ear yesterday! I didnt realize I needed a 5 minute video to tell me how to use these things properly! Thanks for sharing!
