Fuel Cat Stabilizer - How Useful?

Post by bmwfbd628u »

Hi,

Came across the product while shopping on eBay - http://www.hotfrog.co.uk/Companies/Fuel ... izer-38288. Searched the forum but did not find any discussion on how useful is the product. Anyone has used it, and any feedback?

Thank you in advance!

Don't be a sucker.

Among the ridiculous claims of this nonsense gizmo is that it removes carbon from fuel. Ummmm, the largest component of gasoline is hydroCARBON. Remove the carbon, and it won't be gasoline anymore. But don't worry: the little Fuel Cat has no chance of breaking the bonds and actually removing the carbon from your fuel. And even if it did, where would it put all that carbon?

The only performance increase from the Fuel Cat would be due to your wallet being lighter.

Thanks for the comments/thoughts - they sound very logical indeed, and for helping me to save $$.

Cheers!
