How do I find a tech. post on how to Adj. Valve on my 2003 R1150r?.
Where do I get the skinny single plug oil head plug _______ mm wrench(12 or 6 point?) for less than BMW $?
Is it ok to reuse the valve cover gaskets?, was ok to re use on my air heads!
I have the BMW feeler gauges.
I have done many times on my 4 prior airheads.
Tech URL's, send them to me.

Hi David,
oilhead valve adjustment: http://www.advrider.com/Wisdom/OVADv2.1.pdf
The other questions I can't answer. Valve cover gaskets were changed on my heads when I got the heads overhauled at 60.000 kms. But I think they would normally last longer.
Brgds

I've used the rocker-cover gaskets repeatedly for ages, tend to swap them every 30,000 miles or so.
Gaps are 15 thou and 30 thou (in/ex)
I'd also recommend tightening up the valve float, makes a noticeable difference.
GO EASY when replacing the rocker-cover - those M6 ally threads strip easily.
