Well, the 760km ride home on my new baby (1997 R850R) showed me one thing... I gotta do something about that seat!
Funny that I have found both the stock seat on my RT and 650gs just fine but this one just does not suit me.
Mostly I need to make it higher, the seat is already on the high setting. I am 6'2" and feel that another couple of inches would do nicely.
With regards getting a corbin or similar seat... well they are expensive enough but by the time you double that (the New Zealand dollar is getting just over .50cents US) PLUS double the shipping... you see where I'm going with this?

Also, with the 650gs seat the foam is glued to the cover not the seat pan... does anyone know if all BMW seats are like this? because this will alter how I modify the height.
