Undertail exhaust: can this be done?
I was just wondering if anyone has tried this. I seem to recall that someone here did this to an R1150R.

Why would you want to? You lose underseat storage room and, at least by my experience, its like sitting on a BBQ.Dauntless wrote:I was just wondering if anyone has tried this. I seem to recall that someone here did this to an R1150R.

With one of those, you don't need to look at your tach. If your butt is cool, then your RPMs are low. If your butt is hot, then you are abut to hit the rev limiter.

Not sumthin' I'd do
... but have you looked at aftermarket options for the R1200S?

I think you'd need to graft the S rear end on .... scary thought
