Moving On

Post by mojosaan »

Folks,

The latest clutch failutre issue was the last straw. Three months ago I went through electrical issue that required replacement of the rear wiring harness. Then on my way home, on the highway, my clutch gave out. I had fun while it lasted but it is time to move on. Yesterday, I traded my R1150R and my R6 in for an FZ1 as I really do not have the time to deal with these issues. The additional horses also helped the equation.

I want to thank everyone who responded to my posting in the past and wish all of you prosperity and good health! Thanks for a good time.

Enjoy that FZ1. A friend from my Buell club has one, reports excellent overall performance... and of course no splines to worry about.

Please do us a favor, and contact BMW USA and your local BMW dealer and tell them exactly why you're saying "see ya!" to the brand. And don't be polite, 'cause they're just not getting the point.
