Throttle vibration

Post by ROBOX »

Does anyone get much much vibration going through the throttle. I often get a numb thumb and can be uncomfortable. There seems to be to much horizantle movement in the twist. Getting the bike services bext week so will mention it to BMW.

Your comments would be appreciated tho.

No numb thumb, but my wrist would start hurting after a long day of riding, because of the spring force required to keep the throttle open... I got one of those throttle rockers... the paddle thing that attaches to the grip and allows you to use palm pressure to keep the throttle open. Solved that problem...

I don't know what you think too much horizontal movement is, but there should be some... Your whole switch assembly isn't loose is it?

Have the dealer check the synchronization of the TB's and the idle speed. It should go away after a good sync.....
