Akrapovic

Hi,

Has anyone installed the Akrapovic silencer on their R12R? They are currently "out of stock" but I've heard little about them for this bike (unlike other BMW models for which the Akrapovic is very popular)

What I have heard is that the slip-on alone is $1,000 retail! BMW must sure think a lot of it.

Exotic Sport Bike has it for 665.00 but it is "temp out of stock." Laser looks like a decent deal (I've used Remus on the previous bikes).

I should probably just save my farkle fund for Ohlins or the like....
