Mine is a small gel type of pad that I picked up at an Auto Barn ($5)..it attach's without glue.. it's supposed to stick on the dash of your car and be able to sit your mobile phone on it and it wont slide off.. it has the same texture as the seat. Our BMW dealer has nice carbon fiber ones..I could...
