I'm going to upgrade from stock. I called about Ohlins. I know they are good but the price reflects it. What are the alternatives and what's your impression? I looked at Work's on their website. Not sure what they offer. Wiblers doesn't have an operable site. I'd appreciate your input. Thx, Jon

I put Storm 2s on. Went to the European Riders Rally. I'm really impressed. Especially since my choices were limited. I have the spoked wheels.

Looking at a 1996 R1100R. It has bags, windsheild and 33k. Needs tires and the owner stated that the ABS doesn't work but the bike still stops. Nothing other than the ABS comment troubles me. Will the bike still function without the ABS operating? How much to fix it? He said an ABS pump was needed. ...

What mags and when have reviewed the Rockster? I'm looking for some clues for when I dig through my old ones. I get Cycle World, Sport Rider, Motorcyclist and my favourite, T.W.O. from England.
