My spinal problems...

Hi all. All who know me, will now how sad I am to say this, but as things are not improving, I have decided to sell the love of my life (Well, one of them). Hi. A lot of the time bad shifting can be caused by the "Top hat" bushes in the gear lever being dry. My Rockster had no lube at all in these bushings and it had a very vague selection and a lot of the time wouldn't change down at all! I stripped and repacked these bushes with silicone gre...

yes, easy.

Unclip and remove the locking pin from cup on linkage (I removed the top one). Remove cup from ball (mine was tight).

Remove long bolt from rear of footrest bracket. Remove shifter lever, and clean up all mating surfaces. Grease bushes and sleeve.

Assemble and enjoy...

You have same symptoms as I had, so I am hopeful you will find dry bushes and nothing more expensive.
