Do the coils have anything to do with the hesitation or are they just related to the hard start?

Engine Hesitates from ~1800 -2400 RPM
My 2004 hesitates real bad at about ~1800-2400 rpm and then is fine through 5000+ rpm. Any ideas what it might be? I emptied out last years gas, filled it with new premium (92 Octane) and added "Seafoam". I've opened the air box and the filter is a little dirty, but not bad. Even tried rev...

Repositioning muffler to accept saddle bags??
I recently bought a 2004 R1150R. The gentleman included hard BMW saddlebags but said that I needed to lower the muffler in order for the left bag to fit. I have tried multiple web searches for how to do this or if there is an extender arm that can be purchased and I have found nothing. Any ideas??? ...
