Stanton Head guards
Here's a link to some pics of my bike: http://www.flickr.com/photos/kromedome/sets/797624/ If this doesn't work, you can find the post on the rockster board under the topic "2 rocksters in vancouver, bc" I had them installed by the dealer before I took delivery of the bike when it was new....

Handle bar replacement
Finally got the standard R1150R handle bars installed on the bike. What a huge improvement over the stock drag bar that comes with our beloved Rockster! I find the riding position with the std 1150R bars far more comfortable than the Rockster's - they come back and up to meet your hands at a more co...

:D So I finally got the Sargent seat installed (Carbon FX, no BMW logo), and I have to say that it is far superior to the stocker as far as comfort goes. I just got back from a 600KM ride on the Duffy Lake road today, and my butt never complained once during the 8 hour ride. Amazing! With the old se...

Spring in Spain 2005
Spring in Spain trip 2005 I recently had the opportunity to send my bike, a brand new ‘04 Copper Rockster, to Spain for a 2 week spin through the country. The trip was organized by our local BMW dealer John Valk, of Vancouver, BC. The bikes, mostly BMW and Ducatis, were loaded up in a containe...

Had my Roc up to 200KMH (approx 125 mph) on the superslab in Spain a few weeks ago (trying to keep up to the Ducatis in the group). I backed off once I hit the magic #, as I wasn't that comfortable running at that speed (don't think the bike was too happy with me either...) The bike was loaded down ...

Sargent Seat & Handle Bar replacement for Rockster
I'm considering a Sargent seat to replace the stocker on my Rockster. I've been told that the fit of the front seat with the rear stock seat isn't very good, and that I need to purchase both the front and rear. Don't really want to part with CAD$900 for both seats. Has anyone replaced just the front...
